Ford has a wealth of experience in the field of healthcare, having spent five years working as a critical care nurse. He obtained his RN-BSN from Jacksonville State University in 2012, and later went on to earn a master’s of science in nursing from the University of Alabama, Birmingham, where he specialized in adult gerontology acute care. In 2021, he received his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, further cementing his expertise in the field. Throughout his training as a nurse practitioner, Ford completed clinical rotations in a variety of specialties, including lung transplant care, internal medicine, critical care, and nephrology. He has also worked as an orthopedic and intensive care nurse at Gadsden Regional Medical Center and Regional Medical Center Jacksonville, gaining valuable experience caring for patients with a wide range of needs.
In his spare time, Ford enjoys spending quality time with his wife, son, and daughter. He is also an avid musician, and can often be found playing both drums and guitar in his free time. His dedication to his patients and his passion for music make him a well-rounded and compassionate healthcare provider, and he is committed to providing the best possible care to all of his patients.
